Hi, I’m Mel, a Women’s Health and Fitness Coach and mom of two. I know what it’s like to juggle several plates and quite often, self care is the one that regularly gets dropped! I work with women who struggle to find the time to work out. I specialise in Pre and Postnatal Fitness, Active Older Adults and clients with health conditions.
Can you answer yes to one (or all!) of the following:
- The idea of going to the gym fills you with dread
- You struggle to find the motivation to exercise after a long day at work
- You just want to get fitter but don’t know where to start
I offer friendly, supportive advice and instruction to help you find your fitness path, no matter your journey – I’ve been there and I know I can provide the support that you need.
